I’m typing as I’m getting ready for our vacation trip later! I have finally visited B’chill Cafe despite a lot of hesitation because of the location. Thankfully, my hotel is around 40 minutes from it. I was their first customer (I arrived around 10:30) and they don’t serve food at that time yet (they start at 11:00) I took this opportunity to take photos and videos of the place. The staffs are all accommodating and friendly. The food quality matches the price. They didn’t compromise the quality with an affordable price. Triple like it!
I recently visited Paris again and this time I had friends with me. We went to Versailles and I did not expect the line would be so long. We were in queue for about 2-3 hours and thank goodness once we were in the rain started pouring. I feel bad for those who were still in the line that time. I must say that the palace is massive! Numerous rooms and greatly painted.
On the 2nd day I was alone and decided to visit Notre Dame Cathedral. That was my first time exploring alone in Paris. Honestly, I was scared (just a lil bit) since you know its not really safe (a lot of pickpocketing happening around) Thank God, I was safe and I didn’t get lost considering I had no wifi.
This park is around the cathedral and there’s a river behind where you can see a river cruise. If you feel hungry, don’t worry there are cafes around the area. After I finished wandering around Notre Dame, I walked to Shakespeare and Co. It is a small cozy cafe with a view and it has a bookstore beside.
It started pouring (real hard) while I was eating my pecan pie but oh well, glad I was safe from the rain.
Hello there! I came back yesterday from Dubai. It was my first in Middle East and it was BURNING.HOT. It was still manageable for me (I opt for a make up free face) The heat is similar when you’re in a sauna room. It does beneath your skin. Everything is so grand there (around the area I stayed at) Burj Khalifa is REALLY TALL. Up to the sky! I must say everything there is more expensive (Sephora and other retail shops) Since it was my first time in Dubai, I joined the safari desert tour! I wish the driver drove faster and more aggressive but since there was a child on board he couldn’t. The child cried in the middle of the drive and I was bummed about it. After the drive, we stopped at this small village (above) where we can drive a truck (?) by ourselves or ride a camel around. When the sun set, they started serving food and it was buffet which I didn’t expect. I didn’t eat much since I don’t want to vomit in the car during the drive so I was really starving. The food is basically Indian food with unlimited drinks (alcoholic drinks aren’t included) I really recommend joining a safari desert tour!
I’m changing the title of my weekly post to “The Week Currently” since I don’t post (mostly) in Sundays /cries/ I came back today (morning) from Johannesburg! It was alright considering it was my 2nd time and I was so glad that I had someone to talk to. I love our driver/guide! He is such a happy man. I noticed Africans are really helpful and some will get out of their way to help you. We went to Lion and Safari Park and it was AMAZING! We got to see up close the cheetah, Cindy and I got photos with no photo bombers.
This weekly post should be changed to the MONDAY currently since I always post it on Mondays lol My week has been tiring yet good. I came back from Paris (it was my second time and I enjoyed this time better than the last time) The weather was not good in Paris because it was also raining. The day after I came back, I got to see GOT7 last Sat and had family time the day after. We will be having a family vacation soon after my parents’ wedding anniversary. I think we might be heading to Japan as well.
